When you book online, call or message us on WhatsApp, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email address, preferred appointment time and the concern you want treated. During your consultation we also keep a medical record, as any doctor’s clinic must.
How we use it. We use your information only to arrange and confirm appointments, provide and follow up on your treatment, keep medical records, and reply to your questions. We do not sell your personal information.
Website analytics and advertising. This website uses Google Analytics and may use advertising tools from Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our adverts. These tools use cookies and may collect information such as the pages you visit and the device you use. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Online booking. Our booking form is provided by a third-party scheduling service, which stores the details you enter so that we can confirm your appointment.
Photos. Before-and-after photos are taken only with your consent and are never published without your separate written permission.

By using this website you agree to these terms. Content on this site is for general information about our clinic and treatments. Appointment times are confirmed only when the clinic contacts you.
